Plan Design and Evaluation
Once established, the administration of the plan is equally as critical, especially under today’s governmental scrutiny. As an independent Third Party Administrator (TPA), we will ensure your plan is compliant with the IRS, DOL and PBGC. Our detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable staff not only ensure the accuracy of the information, but also ensure its timeliness.

To maintain your plan’s quality and integrity, healthy plan participation is also a necessary element. That’s why we work with plan sponsors and brokers in actively educating the participants and furnishing customized, relevant communications. TPA Services
Whether considering a new plan, or evaluating an existing one, you need to be aware of the many options that are available, and how each of those options will impact your finances and tax position. We can help you evaluate your choices and determine if they are the right fit, then help you execute the plan.

With the aid of our client questionnaire, we clarify your goals and objectives. At the same time, we assess the interest level of the participants by analyzing the results of our participant survey. We use this information to recommend which plan best meets the goals of both employer and employee, while ensuring that the plan is affordable, in compliance, and that the plan sponsor feels an excellent sense of comfort as the fiduciary.
